Tree Pollen pollution
It's the time of year again when the trees are shedding enormous amounts of pollen into the air and into our homes and cars. This condition can play havoc on our sinuses, lungs, eyes and hair. How do you manage your interior home air? It can definitely get inside and begin clogging air conditioning filters.
HVAC filter check
Now would be a good time to check your filter and see if it's clean and suitable to filter the particles before it gets into your air ducts or lungs. If not change it, but make sure it's rated as MERV 8 minimum. Cheaper filters will not catch the pollen and it will recirculate through your air system.
Breathe again
Daily we breathe about 20,000 breaths each day. Makes sense to have each one of those breaths as clean as possible to avoid sickness or early death. Life is too short to worry about what you're breathing. Consider Ventilation, Filtration and Purification as the 3 components to getting the best air quality.
